I would like to let you know just how my bridal shop works. The yellow box in the upper right corner changes every 5 days. The date shown above is the farthest date that we are booking weddings if you want to rent your gown. WHY you ask?

There is really no reason to order a gown, renting or buying, if you are farther out than the yellow calendar, which is only 5 months. Yes, you are going to hear from most other bridal shop... "You must buy today or your gown won't be here by your wedding date". THAT IS NOT TRUE at Rent A Bridal Gown! Bridal gown delivery will take approx.90 days (3 months). Yes, it may take approx.105 days (3.5 months) when we approach Chinese New Year in January/February each year. Also when I place your order, the gown supplier gives me a ship date on the spot... there is no guessing when the gown will arrive. Remember ladies...we are girls...and girls change their minds all the time. Just keep in mind, if your wedding is farther out that my yellow box, just starting doing your "homework" and make a picture portfolio of what you want. Take everything into consideration and when the yellow box has your date in it, bring in everything that you have compiled and let's take a look at what you really want.

This website is extremely current regarding in-stock gowns. If the gown is in stock, the size and color is right under the gown picture. Our gowns are not samples and you can buy right off the rack.

Please DO NOT purchase your wedding gown over the internet. Use the internet as an online catalog of choices.
If the bridal gown price online is "too good to be true"...it probably is a COPY of the original.
It is NOT from the original designer. Hence the INCREDIBLE PRICE REDUCTION.

Buying a "Bargain Dress" over the internet from discount dress makers will end up costing you more!!

Why would you buy a gown 8-12 months before the wedding when you don't have any alterations done until 3-5 weeks before the wedding. Most of us want to "look our best" and try to drop some inches. This will just make your alteration bill larger. Wouldn't it be smarter to just wait and get the right size the first time? So, this is why we have the yellow calendar.... it's easy and it works!

If you feel more comfortable buying your gown a little earlier, then we offer the 7 month option (purple box). Delivery time frames are the same. If you want to buy your gown 8+ months before your wedding, then we offer....you can buy any gown in the store, only 30 day payment options, no special orders.

There is one exception to my rule regarding the yellow & purple boxes. If the gown, that you love, is on clearance or it is discontinued, we would not want you to miss out on great price. Hurry in! See you soon... Kim

When you arrive at Rent A Bridal Gown for the first time I will ask you a few questions. I am making a better decision for you to get you into the correct gown within a few try-ons. I just won't start bringing gowns to you and hope you fall in love with one of them because I actually know nothing about you and your wedding day... so here is where we will start:

1. Did you bring a picture portfolio?
2. When is the wedding? (I cannot do anything without a date)
3. Where will the wedding be held?
4. What time of day will your wedding begin?
5. Are the men going to be in tuxedos or suits?
6. What color wedding gown is your preference.... White or Ivory or Color?
7. Is there a certain religion that requires a certain type of wedding gown?
8. Is there a theme? ....for example - Western, Victorian or Timeless.

I am honest, ethical and direct. Yes, I am the owner. I make all the executive decisions and I am NOT on commission, therefore there is no "You Must Buy Today" pressure. I don't push any items on you that you don't want or need. I am here to help you in anyway I can, and my favorite saying is "What Ever You Want To Do". It's my pleasure to help you!...and most of all...

~ Gown and shoes are required for petticoat fittings.
~ Gown is required for veil rentals. Without a gown, it is very hard to match color and style.

Did you think that you could only rent items at Rent A Bridal Gown? NOT TRUE, we offer most of our items for sale, AND you can rent the item first, right before your wedding day decide that want to keep it, then pay the difference.....your rental fee is applied towards the purchase price!
