ANSWER:  NO, we DO NOT buy any new or used gowns of any kind from the public.

QUESTION:  Do you have catalogs available to mail?
ANSWER:  No, there are no catalogs available to be mailed.

QUESTION:  I do not live in near Rent A Bridal Gown, can I still rent a bridal gown?
ANSWER:  Sorry. We do not rent to any bride that cannot pick up the gown in person.  Returning the gown can be shipped back.

QUESTION:  I do not live near Rent A Bridal Gown, Can I purchase a gown from Rent A Bridal Gown  and have the gown shipped to me?
ANSWER:  Yes, you can purchase any gown from the website and we will ship the gown to anywhere in the USA.

QUESTION: What are the prices of the gown rentals?
ANSWER:  $250 - $600

QUESTION: Is there any gowns that are cheaper than $250?
ANSWER:  Yes. We have a very large clearance section starting at $75 to purchase.  Also all of our bridesmaid dresses can be ordered in white or ivory for a small charge of $25 & $40.

QUESTION: Who pays for the alterations?
ANSWER:  The customer pays for any alterations.  We are custom fitting the rental to your body.

QUESTION: Am I responsible for having the dresses cleaned after the wedding?
ANSWER:    NO.  A cleaning fee is included in the rental agreement.

QUESTION: How many days do I get to keep the gown or dress for?
ANSWER:   2 days before your event and must be returned the next business day.  We do understand special circumstances.  

QUESTION: Is there a security deposit required at time of rental?
ANSWER:    Yes.

ANSWER:    YES.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

QUESTION:  Are other items available for rent besides wedding gowns?
ANSWER:    YES.  Petticoats, Bras, Veils, Tiara's, Shoes, Jewelry, Bouquets, Flower Baskets, Arches, Heart Arches.

QUESTION: What type of wedding gowns are in stock?
ANSWER:    From Formal to Informal, with and without trains & detachable trains.

QUESTION: What sizes do you have in stock?
ANSWER:    SIZES 2 TO 36.  

QUESTION: Do you have any catalogs I can look at for my wedding gown & bridesmaid dresses?
ANSWER:    YES.  Sizes 0 to 36 are available.

QUESTION: Are all of the wedding gowns white?
ANSWER:    NO.  We carry ivory, candlelight, diamond white, champagne. Any gowns with color are purchase only.

QUESTION: What if I find the gown of my dreams, but my wedding is not right away?
ANSWER:    We will hold the gown, up to 5 months,  so that no other bride will rent your gown. A reserve fee is required.

QUESTION: What if I see a gown in a magazine that I love?
ANSWER:   Bring in your picture so that we can help you match or find something very close.

QUESTION: May I bring my child or children with me?
ANSWER:  NO.  We want to give you our undivided attention.  YOU DESERVE IT!  Children can be a  huge distraction to you and to other brides already in the shop, and this could be one of the largest decisions you will make in your life.  For a pleasant experience for all, please leave your children at home. Thank you for your understanding.

QUESTION: Do you sell flower girl dresses?
ANSWER: YES. We prefer to fit flower girls on a different day than bridal gown fittings.  This way each customer gets great service!
